For a long time, urban planning and heritage did not go well together; the safeguarding and enhancement plan (PSMV) created by Malraux in 1962 was limited to conservation. Now that together they form a tool for revitalizing the territory, the workshop updates existing documents or creates them with the appropriation of heritage by the inhabitants as an axis.
